Re: Thinker memo essay
What kind of thinker I am? Well I am not much of a thinker, I don’t think a lot, and I prefer to be that way. I think from time to time when I need to. Most of my thinkings are relate to the immediate problem that I was facing, in another word I only think when I need to think. But most of the time when I do think, I will try my best to think and come up with a few options, and then chose the best one. I am not hamster thinker, some time I think inside the box and some time I think outside the box.
I am not a hamster thinker. I don’t think about any subject in a circle, most of the time, I think in a straight line or in steps. I think to get out of the circle When I think in a straight line, I think through to move on and think of what would be the next logical step. I think of what if this happen? What would be my next move and so on.
Sometimes I think inside the box and did not realized until much later. On some subject, I can’t think beyond the perimeter of the subject itself and end up thinking the same thing over and over. Did not come up with a solution or a bad one, and when I come back to think about it, I was telling myself, if I was thinking straight earlier, I would do this instead of that. Some times I do think outside of the box. I would just simply forget what I support to think about, and think of different things but relate to the subject, most of the times I end up going nowhere, but sometimes I came up with an unexpected result. Thinking outside of the box was always harder for me, but it gave me an opportunity to explored and view the subject in a different perspective.
Thinking is not one of my favorite activities, I only think when I have to, but when I think, I want to come up with a solution for my problem. Unlike my dad, I am not much of a thinker, but a doer instead. Everyone has to think from time to time, and there is no exception for me. My thinking style is think in a straight line or in steps, and I always try to think in a logical way.
