Response to Maria Teresa Leal Video

The opportunity that women who have creative talents in the slums of brazil called favela are underestimated by the 2/3 of Brazilians. Maria Teresa Leal never seen the talented people and has founded the Coopa-Roca which takes unfortunate young ladies and make feel like a process to become better workers, basically step out of their class. She has transformed these ladies into something more important, rather than making them feel undeserved.
