Micro-Credit for Micro-World
Not so far away is Bangladesh, it seems when you hear of the problems peoples have. They are poor, sexually discriminated against, single mothers, worried about their future mostly. We do have some difference in how we take care of ourselves. We need to ask how does a person like Muhammad Yunus exist while there is still trouble around every corner? Where can we find him? I mean, I need some change sometimes. Sometimes for myself but man it feels bad when I am unable to spare a guy a nickel and dime for a piece of fruit. What can we do to protect each other from poverty? Muhammad Yunus has figured a way. I'm not even sure he believes in all he's doing. He is just offering people his money out of his pocket out of shear charity. He's seeing back in return. Survival of the fittest? Maybe. More like Karma is what's going down. People thinking about how hard it is to make it without being able to accept help from anywhere.
Muhammad can really strike a chord through his expression of love for all those in need. He doesn't leave it up to you to decide if you want to share love for his people. He is more than willing to do his part to give you his love to offer to the needy. It isn't that difficult to see where his heart is when he says something like "there is nothing wrong with the seed of the poor people. They're as good as anybody else". Who are we to judge him if he wants to help out the poor and risk becoming poor his own lucky self.
Those who would try to hold it against him, for trying to give hope to the impoverished are not seeing the beauty in his hardline work. He has invested in all the people whom are least likely to be able to help him. He has not given up much. Only when they are in need does he help them. while they are still struggling they are unable to repay but soon as they are able they will repay. It is not that difficult to ignore Muhammad if you have borrowed. It is not asked by a certain time and no plans are actually made. It is convenient to pay him when you do and I'm sure it is a thrill to be able to pay him back and say that it was not in vain that he was trusting with just a bit of pocket money to help relieve some poor unfortunate family of their hunger. But Wall Street Critics would certainly take issue with the argument that we are better off helping our poor with as little as we can to help them get motivated and sense the taste of success before their pathway. We do need to state that this is not something that would work for everybody. We do know though that it would be worth a try. Not just for myself and my own personal failures do I dream of a vicariously fulfilled admonishment by Muhammad Yunus to withstand the trouble being caused by the hapless down lookers trying to surmise of Yunus an unstable situation that is leading to turmoil. Now only can it be considered that with its success rate does it matter to anyone how it is working, so long that it is working.
I am certainly in awe of Mr. Yunus and his ways about himself. If it were possible to believe him I would be so scared of his ideas. It is almost as daring of him to say what he is doing as it is to do it the way he says it. I think he believes in himself and those around him, including beggars. We know he has the power with the people and it is something else to try and put together how he thinks there are some ways of the world that are on their side. Mr. Yunus states that the "micro-credit is like the lifting of the top off the lamp that shelters a Gee-Knee, granting every wish that is conceived no matter how far-fetched. It is my belief that this has something more to do with the little babies getting their wishes fulfilled. Maybe he just thinks of how great it would be to not have to see all the sad young faces always being hurt, and undignified ne'er acknowledged as human. That is what hurts him the most. Not
