The term “happy” tends to be synonymous with “buoyant” in some people’s minds. They see happiness as a way to brainwash themselves into eliminating a non-essential part of their daily struggle for an abstract way to enjoy life. For the truth is there are many good reasons for giving up a negative way of thinking. Perhaps the best reasons are to improve overall aspects of life including work, marriage, and friendships. In this essay closing examining a happy person’s quality of life compares to one that might be labeled as a pessimist will show that happiness is clearly the better option for sustaining a happy, more enjoyable and fruitful lifestyle.

The term “happiness” tends to be synonymous with the word “compassion” in many people’s minds. They say compassion is a bond between two people, to grow more connected every day. However, some people cannot relate to the majority of the people who have an intimate link, therefore they’re not compassionate with others. On the contrary the people that seem to be compassionate, often have marital/ relationship issues. For the truth is that there is no perfect relationship. Perhaps the best reasons are to improve intimacy, talking about the problems and creating solutions. In this essay, then, closely examine a “healthy” relationship compared to someone who does not have the willingness to sustain happiness in a relationship; this will show how being compassionate and working out problems is clearly the better option for sustaining a marriage.
