i bring humor to the classroom, my strngths is to listen and learn. Im here to improve myself for the world. I want to have the skills to write an essay in 20 mintues at the end of this class. for this i need my professor to make sure i clearly understand the assignments and make sure the internet sits are understandable because im poor with the computer. Im a fast learner if everything is outlined, such as are presentations, projects, homework, and more.
The course letter is very understanable. Everything in the letter i feel relates to an english 1a class, im excited to see how this class is going to turn out for me. I have heard good things and bad things about the professor, but im my own person and i feel i can accomplish anything if i put my mind to it. Thank you

Morgan Laporte-Hilliard English 1a 9:00am-9:50am 1/24/11

Hi my name is Morgan, I'm looking forward to all that we are doing this semester. I love to read and hopefully will enjoy all the books mentioned, I have already read the kite Runner and I loved it. I am looking forward to writing about and discussing the social difficulties women and girls face in our society and others. In my last english class we were beginning to evalute this topic and I was enjoying it. I have a few questions they are as follows: how often will we be asked to use the grammar book, how much time will we be given to complete essays and is the second grammar book nesessary? As to the questions you listed, I would like to leave english 1a with more skill in writing research papers and I want to be able to write long papers with out struggling to kill paper space. To help me achieve this if you could give essay assigments in a 3 part style(outline, rough draft, final draft) that would help. I have no hidden disabilities that I know of as of yet nor do I have children thus eliminating childcare issues.

Your student Morgan Laporte-Hilliard
